SALES CAMPAIGN TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. “11.11 Sale” Campaign Terms & Conditions

These terms apply specifically to the “11.11 Sale” campaign (hereafter the “Campaign”) run by Mizuno Malaysia. In the event of any conflict, the Campaign T&C shall prevail for the purposes of the specific promotion.

1.1 Promotional Period & Eligibility

  • The Campaign commences at 1 November 2025 and ends at 13 November 2025 (the “Promotional Period”).

  • The Campaign is valid only in Malaysia and on the participating channels (for example, Mizuno Malaysia Official Online Store at mys.mizuno.com, and/or participating physical stores if applicable) unless otherwise stated.

  • The Campaign is open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 and above, purchasing for personal use; employees of Mizuno, its affiliates, agencies and family members are excluded.

  • The Campaign is subject to availability and is on a first-come, first-served basis unless explicitly stated otherwise.

1.2 Discount Offers & Mechanism

  • During the Promotional Period, selected products or collections may be offered at a promotional price or with special discount.

  • The promotional price or discount applies only during the Promotional Period and is only valid for items explicitly stated in campaign materials.

  • Minimum spend thresholds may apply for certain offers or for eligibility for additional benefits (e.g., free gift).

  • Voucher codes or additional discounts may or may not be combinable with the Campaign discount. Unless expressly stated, the Campaign discount cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, codes, or loyalty/member discounts.

  • Mizuno reserves the right to correct any error in pricing or product information posted, even after your order is placed, and to cancel orders which contain such errors.

1.3 Free Gift With Purchase (“GWP”) Terms

If the Campaign includes a GWP component, the following terms will apply in addition to the above:

  1. Eligibility for GWP:

    • To qualify for the Badminton Racket free gift, you must purchase one (1) pair of selected Mizuno Badminton, Volleyball, Indoor-Volleyball footwear in a single transaction within the Promotional Period.

    • To qualify for the Graphic Tee free gift, you must purchase one (1) pair of selected Mizuno Running, Racing footwear in a single transaction within the Promotional Period.

    • The purchase must be made on the qualifying channel (Mizuno Official Website) in one single transaction (multiple receipts cannot be combined unless specified).

    • Important: The free gift must be added to your cart at checkout to receive it.

    • The gift is subject to while-stocks-last and limited allocation

  2. Gift Details:

    • The gift is free of charge, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other product.

    • We reserve the right to substitute the gift with another item of equal or greater value in the event the stated gift is unavailable.

    • The gift will be delivered together with the qualifying purchase (or where applicable, may require separate redemption instructions).

  3. Return / Refund of Qualifying Purchase:

    • If you return the qualifying purchase in full, you must also return the free gift in the same condition (unused, with original packaging) or Mizuno reserves the right to deduct the value of the gift from your refund.

    • If you retain the gift but only return part of the purchase such that the original threshold is no longer met, Mizuno may request the gift to be returned or deduct its value.

    • If the gift is lost, damaged, or not returned, Mizuno reserves the right to deduct its original value from your refund.

  4. Exclusions & Conditions:

    • The GWP offer cannot be used in conjunction with other gift-with-purchase offers unless explicitly stated.

    • The gift is not valid for previous purchases (i.e., purchases made before the Promotional Period) unless specified.

    • Resellers are excluded from participating in the GWP; purchases must be for personal use.

    • Once the gift allocation is fully redeemed, the GWP offer will end even if the Promotional Period remains.

1.4 General Conditions for the Campaign

  • Mizuno reserves the right to amend, cancel, withdraw or suspend the Campaign or any part of it at any time without notice, including changing any of the terms, conditions or the gift, if required by circumstances beyond our control or for regulatory reasons.

  • Mizuno’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign is final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be accepted.

  • Neither Mizuno nor its affiliates shall be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage arising from participation in the Campaign.

  • By participating in the Campaign, you consent to any publicity relating to your participation without further compensation.

  • All personal data collected during the Campaign will be processed in accordance with Mizuno’s Privacy Policy.

  • Any taxes or duties arising from the gift or purchase are your sole responsibility.

  • These Campaign T&C shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
